Shipping and Delivery Information
Order Processing:
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Please note that we do not ship or deliver on weekends or holidays. During periods of high demand, slight delays may occur. We appreciate your patience and encourage allowing additional transit time for delivery. Should there be any significant delay, you will be notified promptly via email or telephone.

Delivery - British Virgin Islands

Virgin Gorda:
Orders may be delivered directly to you or made available for pickup within 1–3 business days, depending on the size of the order.
​
Other BVI Islands:
Orders are transported via Virgin Gorda Transport – Speedy’s. Please note that a $5.00 transfer fee, applied by Speedy’s, will be added to your delivery.

Pickup & Delivery - Pensacola, Florida
Orders are available for pickup Monday through Saturday between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
If you select Pickup at checkout, your order will be ready within 1–3 business days depending on order size.
You will receive a notification via email and/or text once your order is ready for collection.
Same-day pickup is available for orders placed before 4:00 PM. Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be ready the following business day.

International Shipping
We are pleased to offer international shipping for select orders. If you are located outside of the United States, please contact us at info@herbalimmense.com to inquire about available shipping options and rates. International shipping costs and delivery times will vary based on destination, carrier availability, and order size.
Please note that customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
We will provide a shipping quote and estimated delivery timeline once your inquiry is received.
Our team will respond within 1–3 business days to assist you with processing your international order.
Return & Exchange Policy
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in their original, unused condition.
A written request must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted for reasons related to personal taste.

How to Initiate a Return
Please contact us by email or telephone within 24 hours to request a return reference number.
Include your full name, order number, and a brief description of your concern.
Returns will not be accepted without an approved reference number.

Refund Process
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
