The Heart of Herbal Immense
Herbal Immense began as a simple idea in 2018, rooted in family tradition and inspired by the beauty of the British Virgin Islands.
Growing up, tea and herbs were a part of everyday life. Whenever there was a headache, a cold, an upset stomach, or simply a need for comfort, my grandmother always had a tea or herbal remedy ready. Watching her care for our family through nature's gifts taught me that wellness could be found in the simplest things. Alongside my grandfather, she passed down an appreciation for the healing traditions that have long been woven into Caribbean culture.
Those memories became the foundation of Herbal Immense.
What started as an appreciation for herbs and tea grew into a vision: to create a brand that celebrates the flavors, culture, and spirit of the Virgin Islands while offering a premium tea experience that both locals and visitors can enjoy. Herbal Immense is my way of honoring tradition while creating something modern, welcoming, and memorable. It is a celebration of where we come from and a reminder that even the smallest ideas can grow into something meaningful. Like any dream, Herbal Immense was not built alone.
I am deeply grateful to the many people who have encouraged, guided, supported, and believed in this vision throughout the years. I would like to especially honor my grandparents, John L. Rhymer and Sylvia Rhymer, whose influence and example inspired the very foundation of this company. Their love for tea, business, family, and community continues to live on through every blend we create.
